Refund Policy

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled on delivery, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at jilamagrofarms@gmail.com or +234 901 965 7906 with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Perishable produce
Because of their nature, perishable goods (fresh produce, livestock, eggs, fish) cannot be returned once accepted and stored by the customer. Claims must be raised at the point of delivery.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible for perishable items.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method through Paystack, Flutterwave, or bank transfer within 7–14 business days depending on the processor.
Non-refundable
- Delivery fees, unless the fault was ours.
- Bulk / export deposits earmarked for procurement, subject to the terms in your written agreement.
