Delivery Policy

Nationwide delivery in Nigeria

We deliver to all 36 states through vetted logistics partners. Same-day / next-day delivery is available in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt for most retail orders. Delivery to other states typically takes 2–5 business days.

International shipping

Export orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please submit a Bulk / Export enquiry with destination, quantity and target date so we can prepare a costed quote covering freight, insurance and documentation.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight and product category. For fragile or refrigerated goods, a small handling fee may apply.

Order tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your payment is complete, followed by a dispatch update with tracking information where available.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, road conditions, and other events outside our reasonable control. We'll keep you informed if there's any significant delay.
